Anantnag attack : 1 injured cop succumbs | KNO

A cop who sustained bullet wounds in a militant attack near bus Adda in Anantnag area of South Kashmir on Saturday late afternoon succumbed to his injuries.

A senior Police official told news agency GNS that three policemen recieved bullet injuries in the attack. All the injured have been hospitalized.

However a policeman identified as Imtiyaz Ahmad succumbed to his injuries in district hospital Anantnag. (GNS)
